Allergies

All our products are stored and packaged in an environment that may contain allergens. Please contact us prior to placing an order to discuss any specific allergy information that we should be aware of.

UK delivery

We send UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Delivery costs £4.99 for orders under £35, with free delivery on orders of £35 or more. No discount code is needed.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch. This is an estimate, rather than a guaranteed delivery date, and does not include the time needed to prepare your order.

Free delivery

Our free delivery offer applies to UK standard delivery only. International delivery charges are shown at checkout.

International delivery

We accept orders from the UK, EU and USA and all shipping options are displayed up to 15kg in weight. If you are selecting a county in the above zones but get an error message your order may be over 15kg and will need a shipping quote. Please get in touch if you encounter this issue.

Import duties and local taxes

All UK orders are inclusive of any taxes however international orders may be subject to the relevant local import duties and taxes. Please check with your region's tax authority for further information as any additional charges will be collected by the relevant body in the delivery country.
